My husband and I are 22 and 23 years. We had our first baby in Septemeber. We have always rented. We really want to buy a house. Nothing fancy, just to give us a home. We have lousy credit for the overdue bills. He worked in Alaska at this time, so that we can do anything you buy in September. We want 0 Debt, if the baby is here. We really want to buy a house. Who knows if there are programs that help people with bad credit in real estate? 1. All programs that could do the buyers time and the same? Or any advice at all?
