Ok, so I did it for 2 days now (since 1/26/09) and were puttinq Vitamin A & D ointment, and it seems to do everything so that I atleast. and it is really annoying that I want my GF I will not kiss my face to come into expression. ** Note not be on the lips of her under my left nostril. someone please help.

Alcohol only if you, like a lot of pain. Bad idea. Product dries Abreva. not necessarily alcohol. Vitamin D does not help or hurt if you feel beter, then go ahead.
